Registrations will be accepted online or by fax until November 15, 2006; after this date, delegates must register on-site. Registrations are limited by venue capacity and will only be accepted on-site on a space-available basis. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat for space availability prior to planning on-site registration.
The registration fee for healthcare providers and oral abstract presenters includes:
- Entry to all symposium scientific sessions, poster sessions, commercially supported symposia, and exhibits
- CME documentation and certificates as appropriate
- Delegate materials, including program and abstract book
- Limited Complemantary transportation from Cape Town International Airport to symposium hotel and from symposium hotel to Cape Town (airport or hotel)
- Meals and functions as listed in the symposium program
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- Limited Complemantary transportation from Cape Town International Airport to symposium hotel and from symposium hotel to Cape Town (airport or hotel)
- Meals and functions as listed in the symposium program
Payment Information
Payment can be made by credit card with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or by check in US dollars. All checks must be made payable to International Medical Press. Please reference the name of the delegate and the code 4507567 on the check. Please note: payment must be received in full before registration can be processed and confirmed.
Registration Changes/Corrections
All delegate registration substitutions and corrections must be made in writing to the Organizing Secretariat (see Organizing Secretariat section for fax number and mailing address).
Please note: all corrections or substitution requests must include the symposium name and delegate’s name in order to be processed. To ensure that all meeting materials can be prepared by the meeting date, please send all corrections and substitution requests by November 6, 2006.
Registration and Accommodations Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to the Organizing Secretariat at
1 404 506 9393, or mailed to the address below. Confirmation of cancellation will be returned in writing within 48 hours.
Registration cancellations made on or before October 2, 2006 will incur a fee of USD $100. From October 3-November 15, cancellations will incur a fee of USD $150. After November 15, 2006, cancellations will forfeit the entire registration fee.
Accommodation cancellations made on or before September 29 will incur a USD $50 fee. After September 30, cancellations will incur a USD $300 fee.
